These terms govern your use of TwiFlux, operated by TwiFlux. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using the service

Independent tools for saving and working with public Twitter and X content.

You must have the legal capacity and any authorization needed to use the service. Use it in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented with the features you use.

TwiFlux is an independent service. Twitter, X and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Purchases and access

This service does not currently offer paid purchases. If you have a question about a previous payment, contact support@twiflux.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity; infringe another person's rights; upload malicious code; bypass access controls; or interfere with the service or other users. Do not attempt to obtain information or access you are not authorized to receive.

Your content and our materials

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You must have the rights needed to use and share it. You give us permission to process the links, text, files or other content you provide only as needed to run the requested feature, maintain security and comply with law. Browser-only tools keep inputs and generated files on your device; where server-side processing is needed, request data may be handled temporarily to return the result.

The service's software, branding and other materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Access to the service does not transfer those rights. Separate licenses supplied with content or software continue to apply.

Suspension and closure

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment or legal requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason and how to address it. You can request help with access or deletion of personal information by emailing support@twiflux.com. A deletion request and a refund request are separate actions; tell us if you need both.

If a paid service is discontinued or materially changed, applicable contractual and consumer remedies remain available. We will provide notice where required.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, failures or circumstances outside our control. Except for commitments expressly made and rights required by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will meet every purpose or remain uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other mandatory protections.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live. Contact support@twiflux.com to raise a dispute. This does not prevent you from using a court or other remedy available under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. Material changes will be notified where required and will apply from the stated effective date. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to completed purchases.
